Join us for a performance / lec-dem / workshop by master musician Matchume Zango from Mozambique. Matchume’s principal instrument is the timbila, a marimba instrument from the Zavala district of Mozambique. He sings and plays other traditional instruments, including fine percussion, mbira (thumb piano) and more.

This workshop is FREE and open to all – especially students!
