Community + Events

ZUMIX Community Arts Events allow our participants and local artists/musicians to showcase their talents to the Boston community. Through concerts, film screenings, and community dance nights, there is something for everyone.  These events strengthen the local economy by highlighting some of East Boston's greatest assets: delicious restaurants, a culturally diverse population, dynamic organizations and civic groups, the tranquility and vitality of local parks, and our beautiful waterfront with spectacular views of downtown Boston.
 
The neighborhood ZUMIX calls home, East Boston, is so much more than an airport. Eastie’s people are active residents, immigrants, lifelong Americans, old, young, food-lovers, artists, blue-collar, white-collar, and everything in between. It’s easy to see why ZUMIX feels so at home here. We are constantly inspired by the beauty, passion, and creative drive of our neighbors. We do our best to highlight the community’s diversity, dynamic civic groups, ethnic shops and restaurants, the bustle of Maverick Square, the tranquility of our parks, and the time-tested beauty of our waterfront.
