Every child needs something to feel passionate about. For some young people, their passion is music - and for those children, ZUMIX is a place to call home. With fewer resources available for young people, and increased financial stress on all sectors of the community, ZUMIX's role as a safe-space for youth, and the only local arts-based youth organization in East Boston, has become more vital than ever. The next several years present amazing opportunities and serious challenges. As we prepare to move to a new and larger space, we invite you to partner with us by investing in our work. LEVELS OF SUPPORT

Contributions to support our award-winning programs are much appreciated:

$50 Will allow us to continue to offer free and low-cost programs for low-income Boston area youth

$100 Covers the cost of our graduation ceremonies, allowing each child to mark their achievements in a concrete way.

$250 Supports an eight week paid youth-staff position, giving an older ZUMIX youth, real-life job experience mentoring younger kids
$500 Supports a one year scholarship for instrumental music lessons for one of our neediest students

$1,000 Supports out of state touring allowing our young artists to perform at partner organizations like the Vermont Arts Exchange in North Bennignton, VT. And City Kids Foundation in NYC.

Larger gifts are also very much appreciated!

$5,000 Will support the new ZUMIX Sprouts program - engaging younger students in dynamic expression as a feeder for our teen programs.

$10,000 Will support our songwriting and performance programs engaging our young teens in self-expression through music and encouraging a positive transitions from adolescence to young adulthood.

$25,000 Will support our music technology classes including the new ZUMIX Radio station.

$50,000 Will support our most popular instrumental music instruction program.

$1,000,000 Will complete our Capital Campaign allowing us to renovate the Engine Company 40 Firehouse into a state-of-the-art youth music center!
