This Sunday will feature music by Nirmal Chandraratna on cello and Spencer Meibos on Percussion.
Yoga Lead by Carolyn Little, MA and Reiki Master. Carolyn is a yoga instructor in the Boston area who has been practicing yoga, meditation and philosophy for 12 years and teaching for 5. She will guide you through a sequence of basic asana (poses) and pranayama (breathing exercises). Open to all levels.
Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative practice that allows you to slow down, renew the body's vital energy, rehab connective tissue and nourish every cell of your being.
